|JENNIFER NETHERBY, Yoga Instructor
Jennifer first tried yoga at an LA gym in 2000 and was hooked. Then her practice deepened in 2007,
when after years spent behind a desk as a journalist she followed a dream and moved to Paris to
write fiction. It was her yoga mat where she ended up turning daily, taking refuge to adjust to Parisian
life and rethinking her own life.
As much as yoga has been a life-saver for her, what she loves about yoga most is that it connects her
to that place inside where she isn't trying to get somewhere or be the best, but is just enjoying this
moment. Her classes are focused on breath and alignment so that students listen to their bodies and
their own inner truth to find that same connection.
