KIND & GENTLE
Gentle yoga with safe, simple, relaxing postures. Ideal for beginners,
students with physical limitations & chronic injuries.

YOGA BASICS
A complete basic yoga class with postures &
breathing techniques for all new and returning students.

LIGHT AND EASY
Breath & movement make this heart-centered yoga practice a soft, gentle way to open
and strengthen.  ALL levels, including beginners.  Pre-natal friendly.

ESSENTIALS OF GRACE
Fundamental yoga poses with focus on breath, body alignment and a heart-based
philosophy of intrinsic goodness.  Build strength and stamina while working with physical
alignment.  More active than Yoga Basics, and great for all students.
Pre/Post natal & active beginners are welcome.  

VIBRANT FLOW (Mixed Level)
A series of yoga postures that move into one another in an active, heat-building class
which connects movement with breath.  Great for all energetic students.

INTENSITY FLOW (Level 2/3)
Take your body & mind to the next level with this active flow yoga.  
Anyone who has some yoga experience will love this challenging & expansive class.

FLOW & RENEW
A dynamic flow yoga class combined with deep relaxing yoga poses.  Come sweat &
restore.  All students will love this one!

OPEN TO GRACE
A series of strong hatha yoga poses infused with a meaningful intention and awareness
of specific postural alignment. Ideal for energetic students. Anusara-inspired.

RISE TO SHINE
Classical Hatha Yoga of India class.  Focus on Breath (Pranayama), yoga poses
(Asana), rest (Savasana) & meditation.  All levels welcome.

KUNDALINI
Powerful yoga for rejuvenation, stress-relief and healing on
physical, emotional and spiritual levels. Kundalini is a 'coiled' energy--emanating from
the base of the spine--that holds your truth and true potential as a spirit being.

RESTORATION
Known to some as "the CHOCOLATE of yoga". A treat for your mind and body. Deep
relaxing yoga poses using pillows, blocks and blankets to provide you with a rejuvenated
body and relaxed mind. Perfect for everyone.

KIDS YOGA
(Ages 4 – 10) Kids enjoy breathing techniques, stretching
and movement in this calming & fun class!

STRONG YOGA 4 WOMEN
Yoga to support women on their life journey through reproductive difficulties,
relationships, pregnancy & menopause..All women are welcome, including prenatal.

$5 LUNCH YOGA (All Levels)
Get a lunchtime of Flow Yoga in this special hour long class.  
This is a community class and is just $5 cash.  Everyone is welcome!

CANDLELIGHT STRETCH
A gentle, relaxing series of yoga stretches.  Ideal for all levels of students.  
Fridays include a guided meditation.

GYROKINESIS®
Great for athletes, dancers & anyone in need of joint movements!  
Subtle, fluid movements to work the elements of the spine & body.

BELLY DANCE
Learn the art of Middle Eastern dance & work your hips, arms and core.
Beginners are encouraged.

DATE NIGHT YOGA
A special evening of partner yoga poses and fun for couples of all kinds
and all levels of yoga practice.  
A hot Saturday night, happening the 2nd Saturday of the month!
