Align with Grace (Level 1/2)
Active hatha yoga focused on alignment.  Great for ALL active students
looking to build strength and stamina.  Prenatal+

Belly Dance (All Levels)
Learn the art of Middle Eastern dance & work your hips, arms and core.
Beginners are encouraged.

Candlelight Stretch (All Levels)
A gentle, relaxing series of yoga stretches.  Friday includes a guided
meditation.  Prenatal+

Emotional Balance (All Levels)
Anxiety, anger, fear, depression…we all experience emotions like these
from time to time.  Practice yoga, breathing and centering in a safe environment.

Flow & Renew (Level 1/2)
A dynamic flow yoga class combined with deep restorative yoga poses.  
All students will love this one!

Healing Flow (All Levels)
Vinyasa flow yoga with Yoga Therapy.
Realign the body and open the mind up to its ability to heal.  
Great for beginners, injuries, or anyone looking to refine.

Intensity Flow (Level 2/3)
Take your body & mind to the next level with this active flow yoga.  
A challenging class.

Kind & Gentle (All Levels)
Gentle yoga with safe, simple, postures.
Ideal for beginners, physical limitations & injuries. Prenatal+

Kundalini (All Levels)
Powerful yoga for rejuvenation, stress-relief and healing on physical,
emotional and spiritual levels.

$5 Lunch Flow (Level 1)
An hour-long version of our Vibrant Flow class.  
Active and heat building and great for anyone looking for that mid-day yoga.

Restoration (All Levels)
Deep relaxing yoga poses using the props to provide you with a
rejuvenated body and relaxed mind.  Like a nap, but better.  Prenatal+

Rise To Shine (Level 1/2)
Classical Hatha Yoga of India class.  Breathing, yoga poses, & meditation.  
All active students welcome.

Silver Chair Yoga (All Levels)
Yoga poses done in a chair!  
A gentle class that increases flexibility and strength
for anyone limited by injury & age and all those interested in ultra gentle moves.

Vibrant Flow (Level 1/2)
An active, heat-building Vinyasa yoga class which connects movement with
breath.  

Yoga BASICS (Level 1)
A complete basic yoga class with postures &
breathing techniques for all new and returning students.

Yoga BOOTCAMP! (All Levels)
Build strength and flexibility using joint mobility,
body weight training and dynamic yoga poses.  
All levels welcome, prepare to work yourself!

DATE NIGHT YOGA
A special evening of partner yoga poses and fun for couples of all kinds
and all levels of yoga practice.  
A hot Saturday night, happening the 2nd Saturday of the month!

REIKI SHARE
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also
promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the
idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us
to be alive.
Happening the 2nd Friday of the month!
